ROC (Taiwan) and Swaziland signed MOU on Veterans Affairs Cooperation
His Excellency Moses Mathendele Dlamini, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade signed the MOU on behalf of the Ministry of Defence of the Swaziland Kingdom.

May 22nd, 2008, Minister Kao, Hua-chu of Veterans Affairs Commission (VAC) of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and Minister Moses Mathendele Dlamini of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Kingdom of Swaziland signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation of Veterans Affairs between the two countries.

The signing of the MOU is the continuation action taken by the two countries after their first contact on the cooperation in early March in Swaziland.

His Majesty King Mswati III noticed the significance value of the veterans service system practiced in Taiwan where he and his entourage made two trips to the Veterans Pharmaceutical Company and the RSEA Construction Co. in the past two years. By the instruction of His Majesty and the coordination of the ROC ambassador to the Kingdom of Swaziland, Mr. Chao, Lin, a VAC delegation made a field trip to the Kingdom from March 4 through 9 early this year, and decided that practical actions should be taken to assist the veterans in Swaziland to look for cared life and consequently help with the national security of the Kingdom.
