 His Serene Highness Prince Bhisatej Rajani, the Chairman of the Royal Project Foundation of Thailand（RPF）, Mr. Suthat Pleumpany , Director of the Royal Project Foundation Office, and Mr. Ritthee Richard Bunnag, the grandson-in law of His Serene Highness Prince Bhisatej visited Veterans Affairs Commission（VAC）on Oct. 16 2009. They were warmly received by Minister Tseng and his staff.
 Minister Tseng welcomed H.S.H. Prince Bhisatej and his party to call on VAC again. Tseng helped H.S.H. Prince Bhisatej to recall the history of the cooperation between VAC and the Royal Project by showing a book recording the initial cooperation 40 years ago.
H.S.H. Prince Bhisatej pointed out that RPF and VAC have built a long friendly relationship, that VAC has helped them to develop fruits plantation from 1973, and he hoped that will be more cooperation opportunities in the future.
H.S.H. Prince Bhisatej also invited Minister Tseng and his representatives to visit the Royal Project in personally.
