Due to the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic, Minister Feng cannot attend the AMVETS National Convention this year.
Minister Feng recorded the video of his remarks in advance. And the video was played on August 18 afternoon at AMVETS' 76th National Convention held in Greensboro, North Carolina.
