Visit Veterans Associations in Canada from December 2nd to 8th.
Yang, Jia-Ren, the Secretary General of Veterans Affairs Council, called for Veterans Associations in Montreal, Quebec, Toronto and Vancouver to show the care and encouragement toward the veterans living abroad. During the banquet, veterans’ representatives expressed the gratitude to the visit of VAC, and they are looking forward to contributing to R.O.C. with heart and soul.
